The everyday advantage

A small vault for a very full life.

RemindVault turns scattered mental tabs into a simple rhythm you can trust.

01

Say it like you mean it.

Type “pay hydro $142 on the 15th monthly, warn me 3 days before” and Quick Add makes sense of the details. You stay in control with a confirmation before anything is saved.

Reliable by design

Recurring dates are calculated by the app, not guessed by AI. A rolling notification window keeps the next reminders ready.

All your life admin

Payments, medicine reminders, appointments, warranties, expirations, maintenance, and custom moments all have a place.

Quick Add

AI that interprets.
You decide.

RemindVault uses AI to understand natural language, then hands the details back to you. Dates are validated by deterministic app logic. Nothing is saved until you confirm it.

Privacy, without the asterisk

Your reminders are personal.
That’s the point.

RemindVault is local-first from the ground up. The core app works offline, without an account, and your reminder data stays on your phone.

Local by default

Your reminders are stored in on-device SQLite. No cloud sync and no login in V1.

Your data is portable

Export your complete vault as JSON or CSV whenever you choose. A backup should belong to you.

Plain-language privacy

Good questions

The short answers.

Does RemindVault need an account?

No. The V1 app is designed without user accounts or cloud sync. You can use the core experience offline.

Is RemindVault an AI assistant?

AI is a quick input layer, not a chatbot. It interprets your words into a structured reminder, while app code validates dates and schedules notifications. You confirm before anything is saved.

What kinds of reminders can I create?

You can create payment, subscription, medicine, appointment, warranty, expiration, maintenance, and custom reminders. Each supports one-time or recurring schedules.

Will the app replace medical advice?

No. Medicine reminders are reminders only, not medical advice, diagnosis, or dose management. Always follow guidance from your healthcare professional.
